Buyers ‘dread’ performing evictions, adding extra value to certain buildings delivered vacant

During Jake Van Vorhis’s career as a San Francisco realtor, he has seen countless scenarios where buyers have walked away from an otherwise desirable property just because it was tenant occupied. In one case, a buyer wanted to do an addition on the property, and the tenant “would have made this impossible,” said Van Vorhis.
